Recepie of Guava Jaggery Juice
- Total preparation time: 10 minutes
- Servings: 6 glasses
Ingredients:
- Guava- 3 medium sized
- Jaggery- 5×1 cm lump (approx.)
- Black salt- 3/4 tea spoon
- Common salt- 1/4 tea spoon
- Cumin powder- 1/4 tea spoon
- Fruit chat masala- 1/4 tea spoon (optional)
- Sugar- 3-4 tea spoons
- Cut the washed guavas into small cubes.
- Put the guava cubes into the grinder jar and add all the ingredients listed above apart from sugar.
- Grind the contents.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your requirement by adding sugar.
- Strain the juice into a bowl.
- Pour into beautiful glasses.
