  • 100grams of pomegranates provide approximately 16% of daily requirements of vitamin K, 12% of daily requirements of vitamin C and 10% of folate.

Recepie:

  • Preparation time - 20 to 25 minutes
  • Servings - 4 to 5 glasses
Ingredients:

  1. Pomegranates - 1kg
  2. Beetroot - 1 medium sized
  3.  Black pepper powder - pinch (optional)
Method:

  1. Wash and peel off the pomegranates and beetroot.
  2. Cut the beetroot into small pieces.
  3. Put the peeled pomegranates and sliced beetroot into a grinding jar and grind.
  4. Strain the juice into a bowl.
  5. Add a pinch of pepper powder.
  6. Pour into beautiful glasses.
  7. Your pomegranates beetroot combo juice is ready to serve!!
