Here's the creamy, tasty and healthy recepie of Papaya Shake.

Before getting on to the recepie of Papaya Shake let us Know some facts about Papaya;
Papaya is rich in vitamins. Apart from other vitamins and minerals, 100 grams of Papaya provides approximately 75% of daily requirement of vitamin C, 10% of folic acid and around 9% of Vitamin A.

Recepie of Papaya Shake:

Total preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  1. ) Papaya - 250 grams (approx.)
  2. ) Milk - 1 litre
  3. ) Malai kulfi - 2
  4. ) Sugar - 8-12 tea spoons ( as per your taste)
  5. ) Soaked Raisins - 10-12
  6. ) Finely chopped pieces of dry fruits for garnishing

Method:

  1. ) Wash and peel the Papaya, remove seeds and cut them into pieces.
  2. ) Put the pieces of Papaya into the grinder jar.
  3. ) Add sugar, kulfi and little amount of milk.
  4. ) Grind these ingredients.
  5. ) Cut the raising into half and add it to the mixture.
  6. ) Add remaining amount of milk  and stir the mixture.
  7. ) Taste the mixture and adjust its sweetness as per your requirement.
  8. ) Pour the shake into glasses and garnish them with tiny pieces of dry fruits.
  9. ) Your Papaya Shake is ready to serve!!!
Note:
Grind the juice fresh just before serving otherwise it may get thick. In case it gets thickened, grind it a little or stir it vigorously until normal consistency is achieved.
